Predictive Index
The Predictive Index® (PI) is a unique,
in-house management tool that has been helping executives
throughout the world develop their leaders and improve their
organization's performance since 1955.
Based on proven behavioral science techniques,
Predictive Index measures work-related behaviors. Through
an intense workshop, managers are taught not only how to
analyze a Predictive Index profile, but how to best motivate,
lead and leverage a person's strengths to achieve company
goals.
How it works
One of the key issues all businesses wrestle
with is employee turnover. The Pro® (Performance Requirement
Options) helps managers identify what behavioral traits
a job requires. Then, the Pro and the Predictive Index work
together. You compare an individual's PI results (behaviors)
against the Pro results (job needs) to make better selection
and hiring decisions.
